Terms Of Service
NOTE: Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks associated with performance modifications. All installations are at the customer’s own risk. Elite Performance Parts or ElitePerformanceParts.com holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical, or other failures when using aftermarket performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and are only for racing vehicles that may never be used on a public highway.
Conditions of Use
Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging. Shipping is non-refundable in either direction unless approved by Elite Performance Parts. All items wanting to be returned MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the Elite Performance Parts warehouse are shipped via FedEx, Freight, or other designated shipping providers and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, and DHL have package pick-up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to Elite Performance Parts or the manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and may be required to pay a 25% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file.
Elite Performance Parts DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.
Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or payment in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.
Elite Performance Parts accepts credit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping costs are subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Unless you purchase our extended warranty, Elite Performance Parts does not offer any of our own warranties and is not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. Certain products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other than by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacturer will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by Elite Performance Parts; however, we can only enforce the manufacturer’s decisions.
