Most orders from Elite Performance Parts will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days using Fedex as our primary shipping handler. Customers can choose between Standard Ground, 3rd day, 2nd day or Next day shipping services. We also offer shipping services through UPS.
For orders weighing over 150 lbs., we will ship via a commercial trucking/transport carrier due to weight restrictions enforced by standard shipping handlers. Freight charges will be communicated to customers before shipment of their order. All orders shipped are fully insured and require a handwritten signature at the time of delivery.
To ensure accuracy and authenticity of credit card orders, Elite Performance Parts will only ship orders to the billing address linked to the method of payment. If a customer needs to ship to a different address, they can call their credit card company and register an alternate address.
In the event that a package appears damaged on arrival, customers should state the damaged condition and have the driver acknowledge the damage condition as well. If products appear damaged after opening, customers should contact the carrier immediately and save all packaging for claim inspection.
